Is it the right time for you and your family to head to a new life? My blog and site will aim to provide you with as much information as possible to assist you with the move and also to give you some history about New Zealand.

I am proud to now call myself a Kiwi citizen as I have lived here for the past 14 years and made this decision myself and have never looked back.

New Zealand has a small population, beautiful scenery, stunning oceans and waterfalls and also 2 islands to choose from … what more could you ask for?

This week the news is focussed on increasing weather temperatures here, not surprising as we are in the middle of our summer while UK is in the throes of winter!

Whilst some parts of New Zealand have had record rainfall there has also been very warm temperatures recorded on the North Island which is the more temperate of the 2 Islands, with the South Island being slightly cooler. The sunniest place in New Zealand this year has been Marlborough where they grow the most amazing vines for our beautiful wines.

I will leave you with this thought ‘ here in the summer when you throw open the curtains you see blue skies and the sun… sure beats the often grey skies of the UK and makes you feel a lot happier … I can confirm and verify !
